Exhibition Operations

• 一、

  Exhibition Matters

  1. Exhibitors shall select booths according to the overall planning of the exhibition area provided by the organizer.

  2. Exhibitors are not allowed to subrent the booth without the consent of the organizer.

  3. During the exhibition arranging and exhibiting days, the exhibitors shall ensure that the leased space can be used in compliance. The Organizer reserves the right to take back all or part of the venue if the venue is not properly used in the view of the organizer. The fees arising therefrom will be borne by the exhibitor.The rental paid will not be refunded.

  4. The exhibitor shall ensure the accuracy of the graphic information entered into the exhibitor list. In case of any mistakes or omissions, the organizer shall not assume any relevant responsibility.

  5.Exhibitors can only distribute advertising materials in their own booth. If the exhibitor wants to distribute advertising materials outside the scope of their exhibition stand, they must obtain the consent of the organizer.

  6.Do not gamble or engage in other activities without special permission.

  Instructions for arranging exhibitions

  1. Exhibitors are not allowed to change or affect the inherent facilities of the exhibition hall. p>

  2. During the exhibition period, please leave special personnel to take care of the booth after the exhibition is completed, in case the exhibits are lost. During the exhibition, each booth shall be in charge of the personnel designated by the exhibitor.

  3. The exhibiter shall pay the relevant repair cost for the damage of the facilities in the exhibition hall caused by himself or his builder.

  4. The exhibitor shall be responsible for the behavior of its personnel during the whole stage from exhibition arrangement, exhibition to withdrawal.

  Safety instructions

  1. Inflammable and explosive items are strictly prohibited. 。

  2. Some enterprises need to hold performances or other publicity in the booth. In order to avoid excessive sound and influence on other enterprises, it is stipulated that the music of live performance shall not exceed 85 decibels, and the problem of audience flow shall be fully considered, and the public channel of the exhibition hall shall not be occupied.

  Emergency response

  1. In case of fire, on-site security personnel will do a good job of evacuation. Please cooperate with exhibitors in time and report to the security team in time to protect the site.

  2. If there is an accident, the on-site security personnel should contact the medical office in time to do the rescue work.

• FIVE

  Response to intellectual property issues

  1. The exhibitors shall guarantee that they will not display the exhibits that infringe the intellectual property rights of others or the exhibits that are involved in administrative or judicial proceedings due to intellectual property disputes during the exhibition.

  2. The exhibitors shall guarantee to actively support and assist the Organizing Committee and its legal advisors in the investigation of intellectual property protection at the exhibition.

  3. During the exhibition, if the exhibits of the exhibitor are suspected of violating the intellectual property rights of others, according to the requirements of the organizing committee or the administrative department of intellectual property rights and judicial organs, the exhibitor is willing to accept the punishment, withdraw the infringing exhibits, destroy the publicity materials introducing the infringing exhibits, and replace the exhibition boards introducing the infringing items.

  4. During the exhibition, if the exhibitor is suspected of infringe the intellectual property rights of others, the exhibitor shall be responsible for all the losses caused to the Organizing Committee.
